• It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy covers all travel-related risks, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of property.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are valid.
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your travels. Any illegal behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

7. Liability

• Shri Radha Tour Travels acts as an agent for service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.) and cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by these third-party services.
